Sean Fraser - Founder & Head Personal Trainer


Previously serving in the armed forces, I developed the discipline and dedication that now drive our world-class personal training service. Originally from Fort William, I now helps motivated individuals in Glasgow and across the world, achieve real results and take control of their health with a structured, no-nonsense approach to fitness.

How we get you results

The 3 Step Process

Step 1. Define your goals.


We use SMART objective to set realistic and achievable goals.

This covers aspects such as Nutrition, Lifestyle & Training.

You will receive your very own personalised plan, tailored to the goals.

We will spend time going through every aspect of the plan to ensure you fully understand all aspects before we start your training.


Step 2. We Implement your Training.


We track your performance and progress through our dedicated training app to ensure you are getting fitter and stronger safely.

You'll receive weekly progress check-in with myself this allow us to track your progress better and talk about any concerns you may have.

Every 4 weeks your will receive a New updated training programme to avoid any plateaus and keep your training performance moving forwards.


Steps 3. You Achieve your Goals


You achieve your fitness goals through hard work, determination and commitment

This then empowered to maintain the results you have worked hard for.

You set yourself new training goals using what you have learnt and keep striving for excellence
